Totals of BABY EXPO 2011
The 15-th International Forum of goods and services for children BABY EXPO `2011, the leading Ukrainian exhibition of children's products, took place on 29 March – 1 April 2011 in Kiev.
This Forum is the largest industry event that is well-known not only in our country but also abroad. It is organized by "ACCO International" exhibition company - one of the leading exhibition companies of Ukraine.
In 2011, more than 400 companies from Belarus, Italy, Spain, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine took part in the Forum. Exhibition space exceeded 12,500 square meters - the exposition was situated in two halls of the International Exhibition Centre and on the open area.
BABY EXPO is a B2B event, intended for manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers.
Business Program of the Forum was filled with events for professionals that work with children's goods: presentations, seminars, conferences.
Another feature of the jubilee Forum - large number of premieres, a lot of trademarks and brands were introduced in Ukraine for the first time.
The leading Spanish brands of children's clothes and shoes - Akr and Miobic, Chavi, Acebo `s, Thousand, PRIVATA, as well as Canadian TM Deux par Deux, American TM Gymboree were presented at the BABY Fashion exhibition for the first time. Another premiere – participation of the leading retail network of stores - Intertop. It offered clothes the children manufactured by one of the world's largest producers - Sun City.
Visitors had a chance to see new collections of TM Choupette, De Salitto, TM Bobbogi and many others.
Exhibition is a business event and a show at the same time. Definitely, the most striking events of the BABY Fashion exhibition were demonstrational shows of children's clothing collections - Fashion Show. The program was opened by Kids Trade Mark Defile Spring / Summer 2011, organized by the main podium partner - Ukrainian Fashion Week. Collections of children's clothing were presented by the leading Ukrainian designers.
Traditionally, the national contest "Best Toy 2011” was held within the framework of Baby Toys exhibition. The leading Ukrainian producers of children's games and toys took part in the competition. One could find traditional, soft, plastic, interior, educational and developmental toys, board games, meccanoes, puppet theater, sports games and much more among them. The ceremony of awarding the winners took place within the framework of the exhibition; visitors could see the best samples of toys at manufacturers’ stands.
Forum of goods and services for children is an effective way to promote products and brands at the Ukrainian market, to obtain the latest information about recent trends, as well as a unique opportunity to study consumer demand and to make prognoses for the future.

NEW LAND Company presented the current collection of children's clothing Wenice "Spring/Summer 2011" and “Autumn / Winter 2011" collection. Also, new collection of legwear under TM Gatta and Wola. The variety of models and wide palette will impress the imagination of even the most demanding customers.
ZEPLIN UKRAINE, LLC – new collection Spring-Summer 2011.
Private Enterprise Pryshlyak Z.I offered new models of stylish school uniform, business suits, blouses, trousers, sundresses and dresses. Models were of different styles and colours.

From year to year the show keeps getting better. It is encouraging that new contests have appeared - "Best Toy" and "Best Pram”; this suggests a dynamic and positive development. It would be nice to organize another contest for the best stand design. We are always happy to come to the Ukrainian exhibitions, as only here we find nice atmosphere. Almost all of the products presented on our stand are new items. We represent a completely new for the Ukrainian market carriages made of linen and jeans that do not contain harmful substances and are hypoallergenic. We got a lot of new contacts, because due to exhibition, it is easier for us to promote our brand in Ukraine. TAKO company already has three offices in Ukraine, but it plans to expand its network.
