Installation of the exhibition:
Individual stands: 23.03.12 –  09 a.m. – 7 p.m.(one should come to an agreement with the  Organizing Committee)
Arrival of Exhibitors: 19.03.12 –  09 a.m. to 10 p.m
Registration: 19.03.12 –  10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Arrival of Exhibitors to the open pavilion: 20.03.12 - 08 a.m. – 10 a.m.

BABY Expo’ 2012 timetable

20.03.12 –   from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (11.00 a.m. – official opening)
20.03.12 – from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
21.03.12 – 7.00 p.m. – Welcoming reception for the exhibitors (entrance by special invitations)

22.03.12 – from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
23.03.12 – from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Dismantling:

23.03.12 – 15p.m. to 9 p.m.
