Conditions of participation

Participation in BABY EXPO will enable you to:

  • be aware of the current market situation and prospects;
  • establish direct contacts with thousands of potential customers;
  • strengthen existing relationship with clients;
  • collect information about business rivals and their production;
  • expand dealer network;
  • introduce new products into the market;
  • maintain your business during the economic downturn
  • enhance image and reputatione of the company

For participation in BABY Expo Forum you will have to submit the filled in Application Form to the Organizer using any convenient means (fax, mail or e-mail).

Upon receiving your application form we will be glad to provide you with the present exhibition layout, where vacant spaceswill be marked. Also, you will be offered options for the best placement of your company’s booth.

Registration fee 180 Euro
Exhibition space equipped Standard (straight-line) booth 155 Euro / 1sq. m.
non-equipped Standard (straight-line) booth 135 Euro / 1sq. m.

All prices include  VAT (20%)and advertising tax (5%).


The cost of participation is given for the whole period of the fair.   The registration fee cost comprises:  printed materials (the official catalogue of the fair, invitation cards, participant badges, diplomas).

Invitations to the fair are given to each participant at the rate of150.
Equipped exhibition space rent includes the basic stand equipment (does not depend upon the space area):

  • booth assembling and dismantling
  • the standard exhibition equipment (wall constructions, table, 3 chairs, carpet, lighter, hat and coat stand, power supply 220 V,  waste basket)
  • printing of an exhibitor’s name on the fascia (standard font),
  • general illumination and water supply
  • cleaning of the passage ways
  • general security of the exhibition area (5 p.m.– 09:45 a.m.)
  • the advertising campaign
  • invitation card to the welcoming reception (depending on size of the exhibition area).

Non-equipped exhibition space rent includes:

  • general illumination and water supply
  • cleaning of the passageways
  • general security of the exhibition area (5 p.m.– 09:45 a.m.)
  • the advertising campaign
  • invitation card to the welcoming reception (depending on size of the exhibition area).

Discounts on exhibition space rent

If exhibition area is: more than 50 sq. m.2%
If exhibition area is: more than 70 sq. m 4%
For regular participants
(more than 4 years of participation)
3%


Please note!

Retail trade in exhibition halls is prohibited. In the event of revelation of unauthorized trading, violators will face punitive sanctions.

Trading venue for retailing will be located in front of the exhibition centre.


Standard booth equipment

An exhibition booth can be equipped with a wide range of extra exhibition equipment of "OCTANORM" system (Germany).

NOTE. Exhibitors who carry out the individual booth building must inform Organizer in advance about the name of another booth builder company.


Information for catalogue

The information on exhibitor’s activities and logo for publishing in the official catalogue of the fair is to be given in Tiff or Corel format sent by e-mail before March 1, 2010.
